Good Clean Love products are made entirely of natural ingredients. Our oil formulas are rich in essential fatty acid content. All of our base oils are extremely nourishing to the skin, with the ability to soften, smooth and heal the skin. Several of the oils, including apricot kernel and jojoba, closely resemble human sebum which is the natural coating our body produces to protect the skin. Jojoba oil can actually penetrate the skin, because it is identified as sebum. The essential oil formulas in our products are made with pure essential oils from all over the world. We use organic and wild crafted oils whenever possible. All of our dilutions are 1.5% and are blended with the psychodynamic influences of the oils along with their scent in mind. The vast majority of personal lubricant and other topical sexual enhancement products are made with chemicals originally invented for industrial uses, not for the body.

Considering that personal lubricants are designed for direct contact with the body’s most sensitive tissues, we believe that consumers deserve to be educated about the ingredients in their products. Many people have adverse reactions to these toxic chemicals, and don’t understand why. In addition to manufacturing only healthy, all natural products for sexual enhancement, we believe education of our customers is essential. Propylene Glycol – Used as a humectant. Found in automatic and hydraulic brake fluid. Used to make industrial anti-freeze and de-icing solution for cars, airplanes, and boats. Used as a solvent in paint and plastic industries. Also used to make polyester compounds. May be harmful by ingestion, inhalation, or through skin contact. Irritating to the eyes and skin.

Methylparabens and Propylparabens - Used as preservatives. Parabens are currently under scrutiny as they have been identified as estrogenic and disruptive of normal hormone functions; many studies are linking them with breast cancer tumors.

Polyethylene Glycol/PEG - Used as a thickener. Strips the skin’s natural moisture. An eye irritant, possible carcinogen and can produce severe acidosis, central nervous system damage and congestion.
